This policy explains how Spiriton d.o.o. processes personal data of website visitors, clients, prospects and people who contact us through forms or email.

Personal data we process

Data you provide via contact form or email: name, company, email address, phone number, area of interest and message content. Basic technical data such as IP address, device, browser and access time may also be processed when needed for website security and operation.

Purposes and legal bases

We process data to answer enquiries, prepare offers, deliver agreed services, manage business communication, ensure website security and meet legal obligations. Legal bases include pre-contractual or contractual steps, legitimate interest, legal obligation and, where required, consent.

Retention

Data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by law. Enquiries are generally kept until communication is completed or for up to 24 months, unless business cooperation or another lawful basis requires longer retention.

Recipients and processors

Data is accessed only by authorised persons and external providers supporting hosting, website maintenance, email communication or other necessary tools, subject to suitable contractual and security safeguards.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

We do not intentionally transfer personal data to third countries unless a specific digital tool requires it. In such cases, appropriate GDPR safeguards are used.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. Requests can be sent to info@spiriton.si. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner.

Automated decision-making

We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects.
