Dr. Oleg Konovalov is an internationally recognised expert in visionary leadership, strategic clarity and organisational leadership capacity, and the founder of the UK-based Visionary Leadership Institute. He has dedicated his work to exploring why some organisations succeed in shaping and realising an ambitious future, while others stall despite excellent strategies, resources and talent.
